A study, for a study – testing the water (oil).

I haven’t painted with oils for more than 10 years, it’s feels good to be back, and working on wood is bringing a new freshness to the whole exercise.

I just came across photographer Edward Burtynsky’s work, interesting to see the similarity in our philosophies towards subject matter. I’ll definitely be taking a closer look at his work.
A quote by Edward from the trailer below, not pushing a opinion, allowing the viewer to draw their own conclusions from the work – “…by not saying what you should see, that may allow them to see their world a little differently.”
